Patch Feature: Callback 23

This is not a bug, but it would be desireable to have at least another 2 (preferably 3) lines available in the purchase detail window for CB 23 informational text.

Modified code in r2382 to extend the new train window by three lines. Could not test drawing of extra text without GRF.
