Window captions covering buttons

Description
When enhancegui is on the Window Titles for the following windows no longer fit in the title bar:
Depot construction (rail,road and tram)
Bus and truck Station construction (only when trams and newstations are off)
The issue is caused by the windows not being made wider to accommodate the extra button in the top right corner of the window.
