Patch Feature: Internal TTDPatch texts
Texts for F853 (elecrailconstitle) and F854 (elecrailconsmenu) are not correctly retrieved; instead of the translated string (Norwegian) the English text is shown. Maybe the the electrifiedrailways on switch is processed before the translated textstrings (LangNor.grf) are loaded.
