Patch Feature: CB 1D

CB 1D doesn´t seem to work anymore when checking vehicles which make up an articulated consist. Please check "br425e.grf" (already sent some time ago). This allows to attach only 3 four-part EMUs (works in a57) but under beta3 you´re allowed to add up vehicles indefinitly.

this was a bug in a57 apparently, the current behaviour is the intended one
