problems with cargo and articulated wagons

Patch Feature: articulated wagons
1) Additional parts of an articulated wagon have no weight.
2)When the additional parts of an articulated wagon carry cargo, the cargo has no weight either.
3)The train info window only reports the cargo for the first vehicle, but the additional parts carry cargo too (as evidenced from how much cargo the train removes from the station, and how much money it makes at the other end)
