Patch Feature: refit
New aircraft get incorrect refits:
1) if another type of vehicle (train, rv, ship) is sold, then the aircraft is bought, the aircraft will get the cargo type of the other vehicle, at its default passenger capacity, and with no mail capacity.
2) if an aircraft is refitted to (eg, goods), and is sold and a new aircraft built, the new aircraft is refitted to (eg, goods) at the correct capacity, but retains its mail capacity as well.
