Patch Feature: Special Switch - Define Graphics Configuration File.

For the first time I've defined multiple newgrf.cfg files today. However, with this nightly, it doesn't seem to want to work. I've defined the switch in the patch config file as "newgrfcfg newgrf1.cfg", which is what the new file is. When I still had the original newgrf config file that I used, instead of loading my newgrf1, it loaded the original. Thinking this might be the problem, I deleted the original, but this just led to no graphics config file being used at all.
