Patch Feature: adv orders

If you add an advanced order and then click on the "Go To" button twice, the cursor stays in its "issue order" form, and it becomes impossible to click (but still possible to ctrl-click) the "Go To" button. Hitting escape, adding a conventional order (not an advanced order), or closing the orders window will cause the normal behaviour to return.
