When a train is coming out of a depot and the tracks in front of the depot are part of a manually converted non-pbs-block, the train will reserve a path no matter if other trains are occupying the block. See the attached savegame (including my cfg file if it doesn't work): I stopped the upper train directly in front of the depot. The other train is waiting because the signal block is non-pbs. If you start the train that is waiting inside the depot, it will reserve its path and crash the first train. The depot-internal signals seem to be always pbs, so could you please find a way to make them convertable (or if that doesn't work out, make them non-pbs per default for security reasons)?
