two small bugs in the railtrack removal:
1. dragable remove for \ and / tracks does not work.
2. remove for - and l has some errors. when trying to remove a piece of this track, but accidently click on a non track tile, the remove gets deselected and with next click, it starts building tracks instead.
Happens since quite a while, at least the last twenty alphas.

1. does not exist, there is no draggable remove for tracks in the / and \ directions
